Machinery Alignment Services, a division of Pro Services Inc., specializes in Applied Technical & Industrial Metrology services, where we use precision instruments and tools in the field to take repeatable measurements of industrial & mechanical equipment and compare that data to a standard or tolerance to then correct the subsequent misalignment. This allows us to ensure that machinery is within the industry standard of alignment, primarily within thousandths of an inch.

Instruments and tools we commonly use in practice include, but are not limited to: laser trackers and geospatial software, optical instruments (i.e. Theodolite & Engineer’s Tilting Level), Laser Shaft Alignment System (RotAlign), and precision engineered scales, fixtures, invar rods, plumb bob’s, machinist’s levels, dial indicators, micrometers, and calipers along with various trade specific and custom engineered tools.
